OK it's the Easter holiday's which means two weeks off with the kids and a lot of time -and tummy's to fill (all of a sudden the £8 a week school lunches look like a bargain!). So I am thinking 'Mexican Fortnight'!
Food they can help make AND play with once on the table is a double bonus. Gonna do the usual Fajitas and enchiladas but also look for some good mole recipes and some stuff I haven't heard of too.
